Tally Shorts for Kids

With the goal of providing a unique cinema experience and educational opportunities to both children and adults, Tally Shorts Film Festival is excited to continue the programming for our youngest viewers at the festival this year.

Designed for children 12 and younger (but enjoyed by all ages), Tally Shorts for Kids will provide a free screening of children’s short films and fun activities in conjunction with Challenger Learning Center’s Kids’ Free Day on Saturday, January 21, 2017. Here’s what your family can look forward to this year at Tally Shorts for Kids:

11:45-12:15 – “Behind the Scenes – Green Screen”

  • See how it’s done in the movies! Kids have the opportunity to see in person how a green screen works. Pick out your costumes and pose with friends and family in front of a live green screen setup courtesy of the Photo Fun Booth.
  • Location:Challenger Learning Center Lobby
  • Cost: Free for all ages.

12:15-1:15 – Free Screening of Children’s Short Films

  • Join us for a fun selection of children’s short films from around the world.Kids Films
  • Location:Challenger Learning Center Planetarium
  • Cost: Free for all ages. Seating is limited, so please arrive early.

For the Grown-Ups:
